  My name is Heather Casteel. I'm in the Educational Leadership and Policy Studies Program working towards my doctorate. I comp this Fall. I am the Art Specialist for Knox County Schools and supervise over 100 art teachers, K-12.
  
  This course is a cognate class. I'm hoping it will help me make better decisions in my dissertation proposal and during actual data collection and analysis. 
  
  My research interests include Teacher Evaluation and Supervision and Art Education.
